Iran: Tehran University Students Stage Protest Rally


Iranian students protestingArt students in Tehran University staged a rally on June 9th protesting the fact that their college was being placed under the control of private investors.
In the past few months students have time and again protested and rallied against this move.


The college dean, fearing the expansion of such protests, agreed to prevent the destruction or reassembly of the work facilities … and providing adequate room for new fields of study. However, the students said protests will continue until their demands are met.
